We will collect your data from form fills or contact us form fills into a google drive file and pass that to the necessary person in charge of these events. This data will be collected by Outcome Digital Ltd on behalf of Killarney & District Motor Club. Outcome Digital Ltd will keep this information private and will only give access to members of the club that has been advised by the club to give access to eg: the current Club Secretary etc.

Within Google Drive on the devices of Club members in charge of events and Rallys or the online store.. We will keep your data and we will delete your data if requested to not be collected or requested to be deleted.
